What day(s) do you deliver? And at what time?
Deliveries now take place on Fridays so that you can have produce to enjoy over the weekend and to start off the coming week. Our drivers start making deliveries around 8:00 am and may not complete their deliveries for the day until 6:00 pm. You will receive an email confirmation from our delivery provider Clockwork Logistics when your delivery has been made.
How do I change the frequency of my order?
First you'll need to sign in to your account on the top right side of the homepage. Hover over "My Account" and select "Recurring Items." There you can toggle between which frequency you prefer. Make sure you click "Update Order" before you leave the page.

I'm going on vacation or want to skip a box. How do I do that?
Sign into your account at the top right side of the page. Click on "delivery hold." If you're going on vacation or want to put your deliveries on hold for a while, you can select the beginning and end dates you want your account to be placed on hold. Then click "add vacation." If you are having trouble placing a hold or skipping delivery, please contact us by phone so we may assist to ensure your order is accurate. If you are past the deadline of Friday at midnight, please contact us by phone so we can update your account and ensure it reflects your schedule.
How do I cancel my orders?
We're sorry to see you go. If you'd like to cancel your orders with us you'll need to log into your account by clicking the "sign in" button on the top right side of the home page. Click "recurring items" then click the "X" next to the product(s) you want to cancel. It will ask you if you want to permanently cancel all orders. Click "yes." This will remove all future orders for that item. If you've purchased more than one item with us, you can click "remove all" at the bottom of the page. If you wish to also remove all of your information from our system please also email us at info@realfoodremedyrx.com and we can delete your account from our system. Please note that messages via social media and email are not sufficient for cancellation. You'll need to log into your account to cancel or contact us by phone. We also welcome your feedback on how we can improve our products and services.

Do I get to pick which items are in my box?
We now offer a "Build Your Own Box" option where you can select all the items and the quantity you would like to order of each! If you are ordering one of our pre-set boxes and you have a food allergy or a very strong dislike of a certain item, you can specify that in the proper space labeled "Allergies? Or Special Dietary Requests?" on page two of the sign up form and we will not pack those items. You may also contact us by phone to update your account.
I have an allergy. How do I ensure you don't send me items I am allergic to?
We are happy to do what we can to ensure you don't receive items to which you are allergic. At the bottom of page two of the sign up form, please fill out the box that says, "Allergies? Or special dietary requests?" You may also contact us at info@realfoodremedyrx.com to request updates to your account.
Can you deliver to offices and apartment buildings?
We sure can! When you sign up make sure you leave us your apartment number or company name on page one of the checkout process. On page two of the sign up process be sure you leave us instructions on specifically where we should leave your box (e.g. at the front desk, under the mailboxes, etc.) If there is a security code to get into your door, please leave that information with us as well. If you are unable to add these instructions to your account, please email info@realfoodremedyrx.com with the instructions and we will ensure that a note to your driver is in your account.
If an item in my box is not fresh can I get a refund?
We absolutely want to know right away if any item in your box is not fresh or is not to your liking. Please email us at info@realfoodremedyrx.com or call 844-834-4255 and let us know and we will issue you a refund for the items.
Where do you get your produce?
We rescue fresh fruits and vegetables from various sources. We buy from local farms as often as possible during the local growing seasons. Much of our produce comes from local produce distributors and food producers as well who have items they cannot use because they do not fit the standards expected by their customers.
Can I send my box back to be reused?
We are happy to collect your box. Just leave it out on delivery day and our driver will pick it up to bring back to us. Unfortunately, we cannot reuse the boxes due to food safety restrictions, but we will donate it to the Food Bank or recycle it. Thank you!
When do I receive the weekly recipe?
On Fridays, we email you recipe ideas and meal suggestions giving you an idea for how to use the items in this week's box. You can always visit our blog, www.RFRrecipes.com for recipes all the time and search by fruit or veggie. We share posts throughout the week on social media as well, so follow us on Instagram and Facebook.
Do you offer a pickup option?
We do offer the option to pickup orders from our warehouse located at 27853 Chardon Road, Willoughby Hills, OH 44092. You MUST PREORDER your box and your account must be set to be for Pickup, not delivery. Pickup takes place from 12:00-3:00 on THURSDAYS. Simply call us at 844-834-4255 when you are outside of the bldg. and we will bring your box out to you.
We are also pleased to partner with several community sites that allow for pick up of boxes and receive $3 off your box to offset delivery fee. When you set up your account with us, be sure to add the below coupon at the payment screen for the discount to apply and use the location's address as the delivery address.

When are you going to start delivery outside of Ohio?
We currently deliver to Cleveland (Cuyahoga County), Lake County, Lorain County, Akron/Canton (Summit County), Geauga County, Medina County, Portage County, Youngstown (Mahoning Valley.) If you put your address in to create an account, our system will verify if we deliver to your location. We are have plans to expand nationwide in 2023! Delivery fees are now included in the cost of your order for Real Food Remedy and Perfectly Imperfect Produce boxes. There is a $10 delivery fee for Build Your Own Box options. This is to cover the cost of labor, materials and delivery.

Do you offer discounts for referrals?
Yes! If a friend places an order and mentions your name in the "who referred you" question, our system will automatically keep track of that. Each week we will review the referrals and approve them. You will automatically be issued a referral discount of $10 for each person which will be applied to your account without you having to do anything at all. So keep us in mind as you talk to friends about food and share about us on Facebook and Instagram. Thanks for helping us spread the word!
My box didn't arrive yet. Or I have a question about the timing or placement of my delivery.
Boxes are delivered between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. on your scheduled delivery day. All questions regarding the timing of your delivery should be directed to us at info@realfoodremedyrx.com or call 844-VEG-4ALL. If your box didn't arrive when it was scheduled to come, please also email us at this address and we will create a solution for getting you a new box ASAP.
